Description

It would be nice to have a name and icon property for the application extension points:

http://docs.mitk.org/nightly-qt4/BlueBerry/reference/api/html/xp_org_blueberry_osgi_applications.html

Just like as it works for the views. Now you can set the window title and icon only by modifying the workbench advisor.

While that would simplify the customization of applications for GUI developers, it is actually not in the scope of the org.blueberry.osgi plug-in to handle GUI elements.

Easier customization of BlueBerry Workbench apps was originally planned under the term "Branding", see T2146.
