Since the whole help text/images was taken from the 3M3-Application and the GUI of mitkDiffusion is not the same, the help page shows a different GUI.
One example is the 'Preprocessing and Reconstruction' view.

This bug originally concerned the screenshots of the Diffusion Imaging documentation, but can be expanded to cover most of the original 3M documentation, like segmentation.
Very easy bug, you just need to build the Ext App and retake the screenshots whith the new UI and ammend the documentation where new options/buttons where added.

Because of some problems with MITK enviroment, I did not finish it. The main reason was lack of segmentation module.. then lack of time to turn it on. On next week bugsquashing I will quickly finish it.
