Crosshair is not always in the middle upon loading a new image

Description

On performing the testprotocoll, the crosshair is not centered on Pic3d upon loading it. This happens when the previously loaded images are still in the datamanager.

This is not a bug. When you load multiple images a world geometry is created and the crosshair can only be in centered if both images have the same pixel size (e.g. an image + a corresponding segmentation).

MITK-1-0 keyword is obsolete, we use Target Milestones in the future.
