.now undo all segmentations
-> the position of the image is lost gradually

Have you done some render window interaction during segmentation? I.e. moving the crosshair. This was usually the reason for the lost image position especially undoing zoom into the image. This was fixed by thomas with T12053

Could you please verify if this bug is fixed or not?

I no longer able to reproduce the error. I set the status to invalid.
