Description

In Otsu Threshold Dialog:
You have an ? Button next to the X button, which is useless

Mentioned In: T26966: [Segmentation] Help button in threshold dialogs have no function

Maybe enabling busyCursor "BusyCursorOn()" would help to indicate to the user that otsu is still calculating (when e.g. choosing 10 thresholds)

deleted the ? button in dialog and enabled Qt::WaitCursor during calculation
