Description

For some reason the LUTs required by the GibbsTrackingView are not always correctly ungzipped to the bin dir when using windows.

I was not able to isolate the problem

		Resolved	None	T13265 FiberTrackingLUTs are not always present in the build bin dir
		Resolved	None	T12356 Modules install files although they are not packaged

Setting target milestone to upcomming release (2013.13)

I believe this has been fixed by a commit made by Sascha for T12356. Reopen if it occurs again.
