To reproduce the bug:

Example 1:

• load NrrdWritingTestImage.jpg (from MITK-data)
• load Pic3D.nrrd
• go to the bottom slide where the 2d image should be

the 2d image is only visualized in the cutting plane, but not in the axial 2d window, the sagital cutting plane is rendered white

Example 2:

• load Pic3d.nrrd
• load NrrdWritingTestImage.jpg

the axial cutting plane is white
