Level window changes make image parts transparent instead of keeping them black

Description

(1) Load CTLeber
(2) Load Lung3D
(3) Move level window bar down
(4) Lung3D gets darker (OK)
(5) Pixels start to get black (OK)
(6) Black pixels get transparent (not OK)

Event Timeline

Is this maybe a duplicate of T10174? There currently is a workaround in MITK that makes the smalles lookup table value always transparent. Does your Lung3D image have a lookup table?
