Dicom plugin: patient menu closes when deleting a series

Description

When deleting series of a patient inside the dicom editor, the patient closes completely. This is not intuitive for the user because he has to reopen the patient if he wants do delete another series.

Alfred can you please verify whether this bug is still valid? There have been a lot of changes regarding the DICOM Browser

this has apparently been fixed by now
