Started adaptation of pipeline to ITK 4. Not completely working yet. Also added debug messages.

This bug could not be fixed within the 2013-06 release and has medium severity. Setting target milestone to unspecified.

Since T15012 is also fixed, I assume the ITK 4 migration of IGT is finished. Closing this bug too.

If so far unknown ITK 4 problems occur in future, please open new bugs.
