closing the mitk project during tracking leaves fiberbundle

Description

  • start Tractography (mask + dwi/qbi)
  • close Project before tracking is done (Display disappears)
  • Restart disply by loading a new dataset (e.g. the corresponding brainmask)

Fiberbundle without datanode still exist.

No easy fix. We need a signal which indicates that the project is closed, but this is not implemented yet. This needs to be done before this bug can be fixed. (See T16150)

Maybe listen to DataNodeDelete events?? Performance???

The pushed branch does not contain core changes (AFAIK). Why is the flag needed?
