Philips 3D Ultrasound DICOMs have wrong spacing

Description

In manual measurement tests
between MITK and Philips QLab Measurement Software, i found out that the spacing is read wrong when loading philips 3d dicom in mitk. x and y spacing is switched.

Change is fine, but please also fix the comment which is now misleading.

Also, if you want to write tests for this file format, I'd be glad to assist, there is a testing framework which is able to cover such spacing tests easily:
