COMP(#16385): Commented out tests which fail after merge for the moment.

These tests only fail on the new windows dart client (VS2008-64WIN7), but not on the other dart clients and also not on various Windows/Linux machines on which we tested the IGT branch before the merge.

Any ideas about the reason for this different behavior of the dart client?

mitkVirtualTrackingDeviceTest, mitkNavigationToolTest, mitkNavigationToolStorageTest and mitkTrackingDeviceSourceTest work again (succeeded on all dart clients last nigth) ... so closing this bug
