IGT Navigation Data Player does not visualize tools

Description

The tool visualization of the navigation data player is broken. Even a reinit on the data objects doesn't show a tool.

To reproduce this bug simply load a recorded xml file from the data repository and play it: nothing is visualized.

The file : RecordedNavigationData.xml is only displayed when using global reinit.
