The current Boost version does not build with the newest Mac OS X compiler (clang 6.0). However Boost 1.56 does.

Build works so far for Mac. All test run also all MBI test (on Mac as well).
Are there any objection to include the the boost update for the release?

Shouldn't be an issue but compile at least once with MITK_USE_SOFA:BOOL=ON just to make sure. See also T18118, which upgrades SOFA to a recent version.
