Description

Steps to reproduce:

Duplicate perspective in view navigator and name it accordingly
The new perspective is not shown in the "Open perspective" menu entry

It appears only after application restart. What is worse: If a perspective is removed the menu entry is still there but you get an error if you try to open it

Updating target milestone.

The perspective menu entry is filled in the QmitkExtWorkbenchWindowAdvisor::PostWindowCreate() and never touched again.

It's not possible to create perspectives anymore, so won't fix. Open an according feature request.
