General icons not visible in installed Workbench

Description

Open, Save Project, Close Project, Undo, Redo, and menu icons are not visible in an installed MitkWorkbench.

Does this concern the 2014-10 release installers or an installer build on the current master?

This seems to be due to a missing qsvg.dll.

Creating a "imageformats/" subdirectory in the "plugins/" directory and copying the qsvg.dll there results in the icons being displayed. Just copying it in the "plugins/" directory does not work.
