Description

The ultrasound images visualization of the ultrasound plugin is slow. At least the 2d visualization should be possible much faster.

User franza has pushed new remote branch:

bug-18903-USPluginSpeedUp

Speedup is already working, still todo:

make this transparent for the user in the UI. Maybe make two framerate limits, one for the 2d and one for the 3d rendering.

I don't think a core modification is required. Maybe the flag was requested by mistake.
