Fix documentation issues - deprecated pages

Description

There are some deprecated as of next_release which should be set to 2015_05

The top level deprecated as of 2015_05 page should be moved manually to the group MITKDeprecatedAPI [1]

Check why the extension point documentation does not work. [2]

The extension point documentation seems to not be build as the included htmls were not build. These in turn seem to build from the .exsd files in the blueberry plugins. I have no idea what causes the exsds to be build on the nigthly but not my own machine.
