2D Region growing segments the whole image slice

Description

Segmenting an image structure with the 2D Region Growing Segmentation tool fails! The whole image slice is masked red. Moving the mouse to adjust the threshold does not change this behavior.

This seems to be a problem only with dwi-files (NRRD file format, DWMRI modality).
