Added dark theme icons for plugins org.mitk.gui.qt.datamanager, org.mitk.gui.qt.ultrasound, org.mitk.gui.qt.igt.app.echotrack and org.mitk.gui.qt.igttracking

... still need a mechanism to load this icons on-the-fly if the style is switched

Icons are adapted to the theme if the SVGs color is set to #00ff00 for the general icon color and #ff00ff for the accent color.
