Fix GUI issues due to dark theme

Description

Following Views and Widgets should be refactored, because items are not fully visible:

  • View Tracking Lab -> Tab Initial Registration -> Fiducial registration Widget (Button not fully visible)
  • View Tool Manager -> after clicking "edit tool" -> Tool Landmarks tab (Button not fully visible)
  • View Fiducial Registration (Button not fully visible)
  • View Navigation Tool Calibration -> Tab text are not entirely readable after clicking.

Additional issues:

  • View Ultrasound Support -> Tab shift between "Device Management" and "US Imaging" is confusing.
  • View Ultrasound Support -> Tab size of "Device Management" doesn't fit the whole word when highlighted.
  • View IGT Trackingg toolbox -> Tab Tracking -> Tools listed under Tracking Tools not visible due to the contrast.
