The data manager shows unreadable names

Description

  1. Load a DICOM file into MITK
  2. chose DICOM reader v2 (autoselect)
  3. see how the Study Instance UID (0020,000D) and the Series Instance UID (0020,000E) are displayed instead of a readable data node name.

This was different before, the change was introduced in D166, as far as I can see (Study Description (0008,1030) and Series Description (0008,103E) was used before).
I'd like to discuss this change and think about possible alternatives (see also T19477).

Fixed this regression with the propsed in this task. We now go with study and series description.
A more flexible solution like discussed in T19477 would be nice. But will take some time, because it is more complex if done right.
