QmitkConvertToMultiLabelSegmentationAction only works once

Description

  1. Load binary image
  2. Convert to segmentation using right click context menu

--> works fine

  1. Use same right click context menu entry again

--> no reaction

The same happens if any other right click menu entry is used in step 2, e.g. reinit.

As a backup solution I added this functionality to the utilities view.
