Under some circumstances the "New..." button in the Segmentation view is disabled though a correct image is selected.

This works for me on Linux to reproduce:

1. Load Pic3D
2. Open Segmentation view ->Pic3D is already selected as Patient Image -> correct
3. "New..." button is disabled

Even with reselecting the image, the button doesn't get enabled

Expected behaviour:
"New..." can be clicked to create a new segmentation
