Curently the StatisticView implements a Button that allows to make selection on its own. It makes sense to offer a widget based on QmitkAbstractNodeSelectionWidget.
E.g.: currently the StatisticView does not react perfectly, when all nodes are deleted it has selected (the table etc. should also be disabled and not just cleared). Using something based on QmitkAbstractNodeSelectionWidget would bring that for free.
