Description

To reproduce:

Open MatchPoint manipulator

Load both images in E130-Projekte/BGLU/ProjektLisa/Data/Registration_Carm_CT (order doesn't matter)

Press button "Start Manual Registration" --> Crash!

It works with two c-arm (92) images or two ct images but crashes when mixing both.

The images are quite far away from each other initally (Maybe that is a problem?)
