Refactor kaapana radiomics workflow to output xml files

Description

use parameter xml-output to generate xml file instead of csv. the xml contains relevant dicom data in contrast to the csv file.

Is there a new one, which is based on the MITK develop branch?

@floca do you know something about the status of the "new" radiomics container?
Since we don't have the new container yet, we will keep the old radiomics pipepline for this release if that's ok.

In doubt, I would keep the old onw for this release (if it works). And change it for the next one.
