Rename segmentation image selection label

Description

Currently, in the segmentation view, the label of the reference image selection is called "Patient Image". Maybe a bit particular, but I would suggest renaming it to i.e. "Selected Image", otherwise the naming excludes data such as volunteer images or phantom data.

While we are doing that: The measurement Plugin does not have a label at all. I would suggest having this consistent.
