[Segmentation] 2-d correction tool does not work anymore and should be removed

Description

Expected behavior:

  • Start in segmentation, leave segmentation, end in segmentation: add drawn area to segmentation
  • Start outside of segmentation, enter segmentation, end outside segmentation: subtract draw area from segmentation

Still works in last snapshot installer. Broken in current snapshot installer.

We decided to remove it completely as a tool.

Yes, kind of. Let's use this task as a sticky note that we remove the correction tool.

Thanks for the hint.

I removed the tool and its user documentation. I did not alter general overview images in the documentation where this tool is still visible as a button as I guess, other unusable tools like Fast Marching will follow after the release.
