[Multilabel 2D segmentation] Core dumped when switching from LiveWireTool to other tools.

Description

Area: Multilabel 2D segmentation

Context: Load an image, start multilabel segmentation workflow until the tools are active (not greyed out anymore).

Test:

  1. Click on Live wire segmentation icon. Cursor shows Live-wire icon.
  2. Now, Click any of the other tools.

Result: Core dumped. MITK workbench crashes.

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
