Description

Current mitk-flow in Kaapana is using the snapshot: https://www.mitk.org/download/kaapana/flowbench/
build upon the release.

The example data at E130-Personal/Gao/T28380 can be used. The segmentation is not recognized in the MultiLabelSegmentation plugin as Segmentation.
When using the current dev version of MITK the segmentation is recognized in the MultiLabelSegmentation plugin as Segmentation.

So a bugfix introduced after the release has already fixed the bug. So I need a new stable snapshot with this bugfix.
@kislinsk when is the next master commit planned? And when there is a new stable master, can you show me, how I change the build-configuration in Jenkins, to use it, instead of the release? Do I just have to change the build tag here https://ci.mitk.org/view/all/job/MITK/job/Kaapana/job/FlowBench/build?delay=0sec and rebuild?

Yes, as soon as there is a new tag that includes your necessary changes, just change the tag and click on build.

@floca We talked about another segmentation related issue regarding precision this week. Do you think you will be able to fix it until Friday so that we have at least these two fixes in the upcoming snapshot?

kislinsk triaged this task as Normal priority.Mar 17 2021, 9:16 AM
gaoh claimed this task.

The same issue seems to apply to the normal workbench, so this container has also to be updated to the current master
