Rework of B-Spline Registration for 3M3

Description

The layout of the B-Splines registration tab should be clearer.

  • The result image should be only added to DataManager and could be saved via DataManager.
  • The resulting deformation field should be added to Datamanager as childnode of the result image and can also be saved there.
  • I don't understand the lower part starting in deformation field group box. Does all this belong here? Or is this important and it should not only be hidden on the second tab?
  • The documentation has to be adapted for the B-Spline registration.

The lower part is to allow the application of a saved bias field to an image. We can also leave the whole deformation field saving and application stuff out to keep things simple.

Set BSplines part to hide() so that it is invisible in 3M3 and can not be used for registration.

Thomas, if you find the time you can reintegrate it. But it has to be a easy to use interface and there has to be a written testcase and documentation.
