In the documentation for the Segmentation Utilities plugin, the definitions for the Morphological operations "Opening" and "Closing" are mixed up. It should say
Opening: An Erosion followed by a Dilation, ...
Closing: A Dilation followed by an Erosion, ...

(the later parts of these definitions, after the comma, are the correct ones, though)
