Since T28142: [Segmentation] Remove plugin redundancy with MultiLabelSegmentation has been resolved some classes still incorrectly use the specific mitk::ToolManagerProvider::GetInstance()->GetToolManager(mitk::ToolManagerProvider::MULTILABEL_SEGMENTATION); call.
Currently we don't need this distinction anymore so we can rely on the default segmentation tool manager provider.
