"No. of extra Modalities" spinbox, once upon a time, helped users to select additional modalities required for nnUnet prediction for demanding tasks.
However, since MITK started auto-loading required modality information, this spinbox is disabled. But it was not removed.

Now, this spinbox can be removed or replaced with eg., Labelbox showing helpful info to the user.
