In the light of the recent event where numpy released disruptive version rendering tools like Totalsegmentator, SAM/MedSAM failing,
it might be a good idea to move Totalsegmentator dependency specification outside MITK.

We could follow same style like "agent-sam" wherein, MITK pip installs the "agent-sam" repo and the python agent then resolves the dependencies consequently.
