MITK-3M suggests to install to
c:\Program Files\MITK-3M 1.0.0_r
This is a complicated path. I would suggest to change it to
c:\Program Files\MITK-3M 1.0

3M3 installs into the directory ../MITK-3M 1.0.0_r20656.
Only if the machine, that generates the setup routine, does not have a SVN command line tool, this "MITK-3M 1.0.0_r" folder is used.
I'd like to keep this for now, may be changed in future release.
