dwi Image channel selection does not work, no matter how the slider is moved
only the last channel is rendered.

I'm pretty sure this was working on some older branches. This could be related to my recent changes to the RGBA rendering or to the composite mapper.

change in mitkImageVTKMapper2D "GenerateData()" to "GenerateDataForRenderer()"
