A) Data Display toolbar button should be disabled in certain application states

A1) Open MITK Diffusion Imaging App
A2) Press Data Display toolbar button

Nothing happens. I would expect the button disabled in this (and other) application state(s). Only in case there is another perspective visible this button has an effect when pressed.
