image spacing is not restored correctly after project save/load for 3D+time images
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

The image spacing of 4D images is not correctly restored after saving and loading.
From inspection of the .mitk file (see attached file) it seems that the saving was OK (the correct values for spacing are 0.3125, 0.3125, 1.5).

Event Timeline

This is a important issue. Changing priority accordingly. Changed Target Milestone to upcoming release

Walter, can you provide test data to reproduce this bug?

I attached the link for a couple of datasets
They have to be loaded as 3D+t images

Updating target milestone to upcoming release

Hi Walter,

we tried to download your data but we have no permission... We also tried to reproduce this with self-made data:
-First, we used a 3D+t image with spacing: 1.9, 1.9, 3 and everything works fine. The image can be found int MITK-Data/3D+t-Heart/.
-Next, we adapted the spacing of the image to your spacing: 0.3125, 0.3125, 1.5, but still everything works fine.

Please re-open this bug if you can provide your data. It must be related to your data.
