If the live wire segmentation is done, the seed points are saved in global helper objects. Once the segmentation is deleted the seeds will still be active in the data set. When a new segmentation is created these seeds will be active and used in the new segmentation.

The global approach prevents the user from using more than one live wire segmentation per running MITK instance. It would be nice if the seeds are added into the segmentation like it is done with the other segmentation tools. Or at least the global list should be cleared after deleting the corresponding segmentation.
