Crash when reordering nodes in DataManager

Description

The workbench (2014.03) crashes if you try to reorder data nodes in the data manager.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load Pic3D.nrrd and Pic2DplusT.nrrd
  2. Drag Pic2DplusT.nrrd on Pic3D.nrrd in the DataManager

It can also be observed after creating a segmentation for one image and the trying to reattach it to another via drag and drop

Result:

  • Workbench crashes (on Win64)

This seriously impacts workbench usability.

Could not reproduce this issue on windows and Mac. Did you open any special plugin before moving the data nodes?

Linux seem to work either.

Btw: reattaching a segmentation to another datanode should not be possible at all. But again in our case the segmentation remained attached to its original node and no crash occured.

I verified it. I can reproduce it with the 2014.03 release installer on windows with just one file, no segmentations: load Pic3D through file open, drag the data node in the manager and drop it there again. Crashes every time on my Win8.1 64bit

Seems to be a Win 8 Problem. We couldn't reproduce the described behavior with Win 7 64 Bit and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 Bit.
