Loading image directly from command line while starting workbench does not load image

Description

If the same command is called a second time the image does appear in the data manager. So the image only does not load when the application is started at the same time.

I verified this bug with the Windows Installer, but cannot reproduce it with my installation. I think this is a QT5-related bug.

If I start a second App via command line, the second one crashes instead of giving the focus to the first App.

This bug could not be fixed during the 2015.05 release.
