Remove the IGT dependency of the CameraCalibration module

Description

The CameraCalibration module shouldn't depend on the full IGT module. IGTBase should be sufficient as a dependency. Unused classes can be removed to resolve the dependeny issues.

Alex has an idea how we can keep the class that was deleted by Eric because it dervies from an IGT filter.

This was already merged to the master together with other MBI restructuring stuff on the 4th of July 2016.

Ups, I was wrong. I meant the corresponding MBI task. Still todo: check if these changes can be merged to the MITK master.

class NavigationDataHandEyeCalibrationFilter was deleted in this branch. TODO: discuss with Alex.
