As part of the Navigation documentation T19736, the documentation should be revised. Suggestion:

Write an introduction to all IGT plugins (see ...\Modules\IGT\Documentation\doxygen\IGTTutorialStep0.dox).

This introduction should contain a step by step guide on how to use the plugins (tracking toolbox, tool manager, tool calibration, navigation data player, any new plugins). Please don't write any code (it's done in a different step), just explain on how to use these plugins without any previous knowledge.

At the moment, the new structure is not included in the master, have a look at the branches of T19736.
