DICOM readers and IDicomTagsOfInterrest service need extended "additional tag" support

Description

Currently DICOM reader can only handle simple additinal tag (value tags in the top layer). Cases like dicom sequence items or tag pathes are not supported.

It should be possible to handle this cases.

Todo: Reader and the DICOMTagsOfInterest service need this extended support.
