Similar to DICOMGDCMTagScanner, a DICOMDCMTKTagScanner should be implemented that overcomes the major disadvantage of GDCM: a proper reading of SQ DICOM tags is not possible.
Use DCMTK for that purpose.
It's possible that some tags exist multiple times in the DICOM (e.g. 300a,0026, TargetPrescriptionDose). Do a reasonable processing to also handle this case.
