Crash on generating new segmentations in context of 4D images

Description

How to reproduce:

  • Load a 4D image (e.g. perfusion data)
  • Reinit the 4D image
  • Select a time point != 0
  • Start segmentation plugin
  • Generate a new segmentation (select a 3D image as Base image for the segmentation)
  • Type in segmention name. Execute.
  • Crash

Version: MITK 2016.11
OS: Windows

Note:

You have to have a 3D+t AND a 3D image in the datamanager (the second of which is the base image for the segmentation)

We could not reproduce the crash with our test data. Lowering the priority and removing target milestone.
