Description

Currently, several IGT classes do not follow the[[ http://docs.mitk.org/nightly/StyleGuideAndNotesPage.html | MITK style guide ]] and should be renamed accordingly. This specifically includes the following plugin / view related files that show a Qt dependency but are not named with the "Qmitk" prefix:

OpenIGTLinkManager -> QmitkOpenIGTLinkManager
UltrasoundCalibration -> QmitkUltrasoundCalibration
USNavigationMarkerPlacement -> QmitkUSNavigationMarkerPlacement
IGTFiducialRegistration -> QmitkIGTFiducialRegistration
IGTNavigationToolCalibration -> QmitkIGTNavigationToolCalibration
UltrasoundSupport -> QmitkUltrasoundSupport
